Josie's New York Deli
Josie's makes some of the biggest sandwiches that I have ever seen anywhere in the world. They are a wonder to behold and a challenge to eat in one setting. Pearly Baker's Ale House
Pearly Baker's offers everything from casual pub food at the bar or outside on the sidewalk or a little more formal dining in their large main dining room. Their menu always has some surprises on it and some of their regular menu items are always a sure bet like their Pear and Brie Salad and their "Boulder Style [French Onion] Soup". Purple Cow
The Purple Cow is a locally owned ice cream shop tucked away in a charming little alley between two tall buildings downtown near the Crayola Factory. You can order your homemade ice cream or sundae and eat it outside. The place has a wonderful feel to it, the owner is very friendly and the ice cream is outstanding. River Grille
This sleek and trendy Easton restaurant caused quite a sensation when it opened in 2003 with it's modern design and contemporary fusion style menu. Today it is still going strong and continues to win regional dining awards. It is our favorite place in Easton for a martini and a quick bite to eat.
